Description

Group of old decommissioned commercial kitchen equipment. Condition for surplus is poor/non-operational.
3 each Servolift Eastern Model 1900 Warming Cabinets. 1 each True Sandwich/salad station 60". 1 each Taylor Model C713-27 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine. 1 each True Model TR1RR1-1S reach-in refrigerator. 1 each Varimixer Model W20. 2 each Structural Concepts 'Harmony' refrigerated display cases Model HMG6353R
These appliances are located in two locations that are very near each other. The pickup address is the University Football Stadium and from there those performing the pickup will be escorted to each site. Each site had a loading dock.

    The listing provides manufacturer and model number except for the TRUE 60" salad/sandwich station. Should be straight forward research for gross or shipping weights and dimensions for these appliances. 03/23/2026 13:49:19 PM

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are between 8:00am -4:00pm M-F with 24 hour notice please. Buyers arriving without making an appointment may not have access to purchased asset. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.If all items are not removed in 10 business days the bidder may be in default. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided unless included in the description of item.. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. We must approve any third party to pick up merchandize before items will be released. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
