The vehicle was seized on May 29, 2025. The current running/operating condition is unknown as the vehicle has sat in an impound lot for an extended period of time. The vehicle has not moved since that date when it was towed in to the lot. The vehicle does contain dents, scratches, and dings. The mileage listed was taken from the odometer at the time of the seizure but is unknown if correct. No key is available. This vehicle does have flat tires and most likely a dead battery. The winning bidder will need to prepare for flat tires, and no key for removal.
Court seizure paperwork will be provided with this vehicle for the winning bidder to register/title the vehicle. All photos attached are taken in an attempt to show damage. Due to the vehicle setting for a long time period, it is highly recommended for any interested party to schedule an inspection date and time before bidding to ensure parts are not missing since seizure. Attempting to start a seized vehicle while inspecting it is prohibited. All vehicles will need to be towed/trailered from our lot unless the winning bidder wishes to register the vehicle prior to removal. Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days. NO EXECPTIONS,
