All books are in good condition. Pictures Attached for reference.
Items will be staged for pick-up on sidewalk

Hi, No, there is no dock. We also do not assist with loading items into the truck. However, the items will be placed outside on the sidewalk for pickup (Baxter Street between Worth Street and Hogan Place) for the buyer. PAYMENT

Removal

The buyer must handle all aspects of item removal, including packing, loading, and transportation. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of auction closure, unless otherwise specified. Failure to remove items within this timeframe may result in the items being declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up, the buyer must present a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. If a third party is picking up the item(s) on the buyer's behalf, they must provide a completed and signed Authorization of Release form, along with a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. Please contact the seller in advance to confirm required documents and schedule your appointment.
