Local pick up or shipping may be offered on smaller items. Buyer may emails a UPS or USPS shipping labels to the city. The buyer can also contact the local UPS Store and pay directly over the phone with a credit card. Buyer is also responsible for any packaging material required for shipment.
The city may assist by delivering purchased item to the UPS Store if authorized by Purchasing Director. The UPS Store will accept credit card payments over the phone.

The Buyer is responsible for removing and loading items purchased. The city may assist if authorized by Purchasing Director.

Valid Driver’s license or ID is REQUIRED at the time of pick-up.

Pick-up times for items purchased are by APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please contact the Purchasing Department at 440-617-4285. Unscheduled arrivals may be denied.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final! Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
