Payment

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Bidders are responsible for loading, removal, packing and transportation of the sold property. Under no circumstances will Cleveland County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping the items. MISC PROPERTY: may be removed between the hours of 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursdays ONLY. VEHICLES: may be removed Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm All vehicles sold from Cleveland County will require the title to be filled out with buyers name, address, mileage and date of delivery. No blank titles will be released.
