The vehicle(s) being sold may or may not have been involved in law enforcement. It is considered NORMAL for these vehicles to have wear and tear from the installation/removal of law enforcement equipment, and normal vehicle use during law enforcement duties. This wear and tear may include, but is not limited to: scratches, chips, & rust spots in the paint. Minor dents, blemishes, and holes in exterior body panels. Holes in the dash, door panels, headliner, floorboard, firewall, decklid cover, interior trim panels, engine compartment, trunk, etc. Stains on floorboards, floormats, seats, headliner, trunk carpets, consoles, etc. Small rips, tears, holes, and abrasions on front & rear seats. The seller will make efforts to list any major damage not listed above, but is not responsible for the omission or errors of such damage. The vehicle(s) being sold are sold AS-IS unless specifically stated otherwise. Nothing herein shall to any extent substitute for the independent investigations and the sound technical and business judgment of the reader.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Winning bidders:

*Schedule appointment to pick up items during hours of operation, Monday - Friday, 10AM to 4PM.

*Must tow non-running vehicles.

*No maintenance or repairs will be allowed on County property.

*Mechanics will not be available to assist buyers with starting or loading vehicles. Please arrive prepared with your own equipment and manpower.

*The vehicle can only be driven from the location if the driver has a valid drivers license, proof of current insurance (unless being picked up by transport company), trip permit and the vehicle meets all requirements according to the vehicle code in ORS. If the vehicle does not meet ORS requirements, it must be towed (tow set up must also meet ORS requirements).

*If you are having someone else pick up the vehicle, you must provide authorization via email or in writing.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guarantee Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Deschutes County Sheriff, OR makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
