Lot of 2 Office File Cabinets – Wood Finish
This lot includes two office storage cabinets:
(1) Two-Drawer Lateral File Cabinet with dark cherry laminate finish and metal drawer slides. Both drawers open and close properly.
(1) Two-Drawer Wooden File Cabinet with decorative raised panel design and black cup-style drawer pulls. Classic dark cherry color with a traditional look.
Both pieces show light wear from use such as minor surface scratches and scuffs but are structurally solid and drawers function properly. Perfect for office, home office, or general storage.
Approximate Dimensions:
Lateral cabinet: 30" W × 20" D × 29" H
Smaller wood cabinet: 20" W × 17" D × 27" H
Condition: Used, good overall condition. Some cosmetic wear consistent with office use.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
