Description

Lot of 8 Biofit CBT829MAG06 AdapTables available for sale. These are convertible bench/table with powder coat painted frame and attaching magnets, 8' length, 2 locking casters.

The seller will not assist in loading these items. Items can be inspected by appointment made 48 hours in advance. Bidders may schedule to come and evaluate the items. Contact us for inspection at (201) 261-7800 x3067 or email brojan@paramusschools.org.

All items are as-is condition and might have defects or issues that may or may not be immediately noticeable.

Please keep in mind we are in a school environment and as such we do not have the facilities to ship or prepare items for a shipping company. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday, between 8AM and 3PM EST.

Inspection

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Paramus Board of Education, NJ makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
