REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. NO EXCEPTIONS ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP ITEMS PURCHASED. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEAL TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS NO EXCEPTIONS. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. We do offer free forklift assistance with a few restrictions and exceptions. We will not ship any items. Property may ONLY be removed between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays.

Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
