Description

Ideal Arc Welder 250, there is no lead or power cord with the unit. Unit was used to train students in our ag classes. Unit was in working condition when put in storage. You will be bidding on the welder with the serial number listed for this auction. 11094-U1080103717

All shipping and pickup arrangement will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. Packing, loading and securing items onto vehicles for transporting will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.

    We can not cover any damages that may happen when an item is being palletized or transported so it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to make these arrangements. If you send straps, it would be the responsibility of the driver to secure the items. We typically do not load items onto trucks for transport, but when an item is heavy we will assist. However, the responsiblity of securing the skid for transport is for the driver to secure. The winning bidder would need to make arrangements with our Maintenance Director for pickup. We do not have a shipping department and are not equipped to palletize items for shipping. Therefore, we can not take liability for freight security when being palletized for pickup or liabilities for items when shipped. 03/20/2025 15:21:07 PM

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Pick up only will not ship.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Union R-XI School District, MO makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
