From a quick Google Search for a 1997 John Deere 770 2wd Tractor, I got these answers: Gas or Diesel? – The 1997 John Deere 770 2WD Tractor was only offered with a diesel engine. Transmission type? - The 1997 John Deere 770 2WD tractor featured an unsynchronized gear transmission. It had an 8-speed forward and 2-speed reverse (8F / 2R) configuration. I have asked the Maintenance Department to answer all of your questions to confirm these first 2 and to respond to all of the others. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
