You are bidding on 6 used brown recliners. Chairs were removed from a fire station. 1 recliner has the back off, may or may not be repairable. Some recliners are also swivel rockers. All show signs of wear on footrest and headrest. May have unknown issues. All are used and are sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. Nothing in background is included in this auction. Bring the appropriate transport vehicle / trailer to remove these items. ALL items MUST be paid for and removed within 10 business days after auction ends. If not paid and picked up within time frame items will be relisted and bidder defaulted.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS: TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
Special Instructions
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
