Operational Status: The engine starts but will require a new battery. The vehicle was working at the time of retirement; the current status is unknown. We will not run a diagnostic test or make any repairs. Vehicle is sold as-is, where-is.
Engine: The engine currently starts, but requires a new battery. Bidders should assume mechanical issues exist.
Cosmetic: Exterior shows dings, dents, and scratches consistent with age and previous use as a mail delivery vehicle. There is a dent on the front passenger-side door and oxidation on the lower left portion of the passenger-side rear tire area.

Important Bidding & Pickup Requirements
The vehicle may require a new battery or a battery charge, which is the responsibility of the auction winner. If the vehicle does not start, it may need to be towed.
Removal: No assistance will be provided. Buyers are responsible for all labor, equipment, and personnel required to remove the vehicle. No mechanical work is permitted on the premises.

Maintenance: Regular maintenance was performed during service life; however, the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
Pickup Location: Aims Community College Campus – Greeley, Colorado.
Pickup Window: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Removal must occur within 10 days of the auction’s close.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
