Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. The State of Colorado Removes all Hard drives from computers. Items listed may have parts/pieces missing. Computers (laptops and PC'S) ,Cell Phones sold by the state of Colorado may be password protected and we do not have access to those passcodes, we encourage inspection before bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.
Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal
Property may be removed Monday thru Friday 8AM to 2:00PM Excluding legal holidays. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. After 5 day removal period has expired, a $20 per day storage fee will be assessed and due at time of pickup and removal.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
