Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- All payments shall be made between the Buyer and GovDeals, Inc. To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the following payment methods: wire transfer, PayPal or credit card. If the winning bid plus any applicable taxes and buyer's premium equals to $5,000 or more, you must pay by wire transfer.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

The seller will NOT pack, ship or make arrangements for shipping of any items.
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle titles will only be assigned to the name listed in the "Title to" section of the buyer's account and will be sent by FedEx or certified mail to the address listed on the buyer's GovDeals account after the unit has been picked up.
Once the item has been removed from the seller's location, all sales are final.
