Description

6 Mixers. Kitchen-Aid brand. Returned as surplus. These are most likely parts machines. When plugged in, (4) powered on and made a loud noise, but the units did not work. (2) powered on and the beater shaft spun, but unknown if they work properly. Other defects may exist and are unknown. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding with an appointment. Payment is due within 5 days and removal within 10 days of close of auction.

We will be closed April 8th through April 10th.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Removal

Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Special Instructions

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers’ terms and conditions your
account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

All pickups MUST BE COMPLETED Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. The latest
appointment will be assigned at 2:00 pm. Successful Bidder will be responsible to provide ALL labor and
equipment needed to safely remove purchased items. Forsyth County Schools Staff WILL NOT be available to
assist Buyer with loading or removal of items, equipment and machinery.

Guaranty waiver: All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Forsyth County Schools, GA makes no
warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any
purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its
description. Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller
confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any
money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
