Description:
This lot consists of four (4) connected auditorium/theater seats, upholstered in red fabric with black/gray steel framing and wood veneer end panels. Seats are mounted in pairs (2x2 configuration) and are floor-bolted style. Upholstery and padding are intact, though some seats show minor scuffs, scratches, and wear consistent with prior institutional use.
Electrical conduit is attached to the end panels (previously used for aisle lighting or powered features) – wiring is untested. Seats are numbered (103, 104, etc.).
Seats fold up properly when not in use. Frames and brackets appear structurally sound.

Fabric shows light wear and minor surface marks
Metal armrests and back panels have cosmetic scuffs
Electrical wiring is untested

The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.

Our staff is not without some Human error on occasion and inspecting what you expect during pick up is highly recommended. Potential auction listing Bidders may also inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.
Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

SHIPPING: Buyer responsible for all shipping tasks, costs, and arrangements. Indiana University does not pack and ship.
