Description:
This auction is for a lot of 14 carpeted acoustic/divider panels. These panels appear to be designed for modular wall or sound-dampening use, commonly used in office spaces, classrooms, stage setups, or exhibit booths. Each panel is fabric-covered on both sides with gray carpeting and features metal edge clips for interlocking/connection.
Panels are stored stacked on pallets, and the edges show some wear consistent with use (see photos). One corner shows minor fraying but does not affect overall structural use.
These units are functional and ready for repurposing in classrooms, office cubicles, sound setups, or other dividing/insulating applications.

The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.

Our staff is not without some Human error on occasion and inspecting what you expect during pick up is highly recommended. Potential auction listing Bidders may also inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.
Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

SHIPPING: Buyer responsible for all shipping tasks, costs, and arrangements. Indiana University does not pack and ship.
