You are bidding on 2021 John Deere 1200A bunker / sand rake. Unit has wear and consistent with the age of the unit. Unit has been stored outdoors most of its life. Unit is being sold as part of normal rotation, was in service up to time photo was taken. Sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. Nothing in background of any picture is included in this auction. Items MUST be paid for and removed within 10 days of auction ending. Items not paid and removed in this time will be defaulted and reauctioned.

Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
