1979 Monark MCFast SF Fiberglass boat.17 foot 6 foot beam. Outboard 85 Force motor that turns over and a SE Sport 300 fin. Trim does not currently function so motor will not raise or lower upon testing. Boat is sitting on a 1978 Bass Trailer VIN 5501. Boat has included fishing rods, tackle boxes and nets. Boat is equipped with a Hummingbird depth finder. Boat and trailer seized as part of a judgement. Top raises and lowers. Boat/trailer only. Cars in pictures are not included. Just where it was parked. Agency has court order to seize and sell items and titles for boat and trailer but they are not signed by original owner. You will get a copy of the order, bill of sale, and both titles.

The Sheriff's Office is in the process of filing for an order to transfer the titles into our name to make transfer to buyer easier if this aids in the transferring ownership to buyer.

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
