Description:
This vessel was removed from service in 2021. The boat is equipped with twin 250 HP Mercury Verado
outboard engines. Both engines are non-operational and deemed unrepairable. Some parts value may
exist but cannot be verified.
When the vessel was taken out of service, the bilge plug was not removed. The vessel retained a
significant amount of water in the bilge and cabin areas. The vessel was not winterized or covered
following removal from service.
Condition:
• Fire pump and inverter system were completely submerged.
• Vessel wiring is corroded; operational condition unknown.
• Electronics are original (2006) and untested.
• Significant mold is present throughout interior spaces.
• Hull condition not verified; vessel may contain water damage and structural degradation.
• Engines, electrical systems, and components are considered non-functional.

• Vessel is sold AS IS / WHERE IS.
• No warranties, guarantees, or representations as to condition or completeness.
• Buyer is responsible for all inspection, removal, loading, and transportation arrangements.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within three (3) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Daily Storage fee of $35 would begin being added on vehicles not picked up by the 5th business day after auction close stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
The title will only be signed over to the name on the Bill of Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
