do you have the CAN protocol for the Elaphe inverters. That's proprietary, Lordstown is dead, and there's no public DBC file I'm aware of. also some where it mentioned it has tesla batteries, was that a retro fit by the yard or does it actually have the original batteries? The factory pack was 109 kWh of LG Chem lithium-ion cells at 370V nominal, built in-house by Lordstown. 06/11/2026 12:16:27 PM
I'm not sure what any of that stuff is, but i can tell you what I know. It does not have Tesla batteries, It has the same type battery as the Tesla, There is one truck that was sold,so the tech must still be good. I have sold enough of the chassis now to know that people have figured out how to make them work.One guy used the motors as outboard engines manually controlled. if you have the bodies, and are removing them, is it possible to get the control surface from the body/cab along with the accelerator pedal sensor and the brake switch? one of the benefits of the platform was having an adaptive torque pattern to the wheels. hot wiring the motors removes the control they were designed with. 06/12/2026 10:59:28 AM
