This auction consists of Unopened containers of the following expired hand Sanitizers:
Faber hand sanitizer - Approximately 2 pallets containing 16.9oz bottles, 12 per case, approximately 228.15 gallons with expiration date 2022
Palmer's hand sanitizer - Approximately 2 pallets containing 5.1oz, 24 per case, approximately 172.13 gallons with expiration date of 4/22
All Hands hand sanitizer - Approximately 19 cases with (48) 2oz. bottles per case 285 gallons
Comfort & Mercy hand sanitizer - Approximately (5) 5-gallon buckets
Hand sanitizers are located in Jackson, MS. Only what is described is for sale regardless of what else is in the picture. All items are SOLD AS IS.
All Hand Sanitizers listed in this auction are expired. Please carefully read all the information below prior to bidding on these items.
The buyer shall manage the hand sanitizer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. The hand sanitizer must be:
1. Used for its intended purpose as an antiseptic; or
2. Legitimately recycled per 40 CFR 260.43 in one of the following ways:
a. Reclaimed at a facility with a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to produce ethanol, and the reclaimed ethanol is legitimately used in a product (including in a fuel or as a fuel additive); or
b. Reclaimed at a facility that does not have a permit from the TTB, and the alcohol must be used in a product that is not burned for energy recovery and that is not used in a manner constituting disposal.

NOTE: IF YOU MUST ACQUIRE FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION, PLEASE RESEARCH AVAILABILITY, RATES AND COMPANIES THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING. Under no circumstances will the USPS assist in or assume responsibility for loading or shipping. The winning bidder of this item must pick-up at site address (listed below) NLT 10 days after payment of item. Pick-up of items is made by appointment only. Any items not picked up by this date will be subject to forfeit. Please keep this in mind when bidding.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
