- All inspections are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Monday, December 8, Tuesday, December 9, or Tuesday, December 16. Please call the Public Service Department at (614) 901-6740 to schedule an appointment.
- LOCATION: Public Service Department, 370 Park Meadow Road, Westerville, Ohio 43081.
- Vehicles may be started during the inspection but CANNOT be driven.
**Pickup Requirements:
Pickup must be scheduled after payment is received. The buyer is required to set up an appointment within 10 days of payment, providing at least a 48-hour notice prior to the desired pickup time.
TERMS OF SALE:

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
