Fabric front seats, vinyl rear seats. Vehicle is equipped with Good Year Ultragrip Ice studded tires, 265/70R17. Holes in roof from antennas have been plugged/sealed. Hole in driver's side A-pillar where spotlight was mounted--hole has been plugged. Rear hatch outer Ford emblem missing. LF seat has had some wear repaired (see pics). Transmission overhauled June 2020 at 103,000 miles. Lead frame in transmission replaced under warranty 9/17/21.

did the agency that turned in this asset note any noise on cold start for the first few second (until the engine warmed up)? if they did not leave notes, perhaps you could post a video showing a cold/start if you are able to do so. The vehicle(s)/equipment items being sold may or may not have been involved in law enforcement. It is considered NORMAL for these vehicles to have wear and tear from the installation/removal of law enforcement equipment, and normal vehicle use during law enforcement duties. This wear and tear may include, but is not limited to: scratches, chips, & rust spots in the paint. Minor dents, blemishes, and holes in exterior body panels. Holes in the dash, door panels, headliner, floorboard, firewall, decklid cover, interior trim panels, engine compartment, trunk, etc. Stains on floorboards, floormats, seats, headliner, trunk carpets, consoles, etc. Small rips, tears, holes, and abrasions on front & rear seats. The seller will make efforts to list any major damage not listed above but is not responsible for the omission or errors of such damage. Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.
Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Winning bidders:
*Schedule appointment to pick up items during hours of operation, Monday - Friday, 10AM to 4PM.
*Must tow non-running vehicles.
*No maintenance or repairs will be allowed on County property.
*Mechanics will not be available to assist buyers with starting or loading vehicles. Please arrive prepared with your own equipment and manpower.
*The vehicle can only be driven from the location if the driver has a valid drivers license, proof of current insurance (unless being picked up by transport company), trip permit and the vehicle meets all requirements according to the vehicle code in ORS. If the vehicle does not meet ORS requirements, it must be towed (tow set up must also meet ORS requirements).
*If you are having someone else pick up the vehicle, you must provide authorization via email or in writing.
Special Instructions
Guarantee Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Deschutes County Sheriff, OR makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
