Hi! As mentioned in the REMOVAL section, you CANNOT provide a prepaid label, except if the value is over $5,000, as our shipping insurance liability will not cover it if we ship it ourselves. We handle the packing and shipping of the item, just like when you purchase something on Amazon or another online retailer. If you are the winning bidder and we approve the sale, a shipping fee will be added to your invoice, and you will be required to pay the total amount. Thank you for responding to the question regarding shipping. The big question is....if the winner does not want to pay the unknown shipping charges....what are the options. The unknown shipping charge makes it hard to buy something without knowing how much it's going to cost. I realize it would be cheaper for you to ship an item to Dallas, TX then it would to Boston, MA. SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property, except if shipping is required and paid. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A STORAGE FEE OF $50 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED IF ITEM(S) ARE NOT REMOVED/PICKED UP AFTER THE 10-DAY DEADLINE. THIS DELAY INCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. IF THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS, THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND THE BIDDER WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE DEFAULTED. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OF THE GOVDEALS ACCOUNT, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-AUCTION OR DISPOSE OF THE ITEM(S).
ALL vehicles must be towed off-site by a registred towing company or with a dealer licence plate. No help or additionnal documents will be provided. Buyer must be able to transfer the ownership with a Bill of sale and title.
The seller:
- will not be held responsible for any damage to any items during removal.
- will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs during, or as a result of the removal.
- will not be responsible for damage to its property that occurs during the removal.
- will not provide any labour assistance with removal.
- will not be responsible for any shipping, packaging, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges.
- will not supply any vehicle information required for customs.
- will not be responsible for preparing any documentation foreign or domestic.
