This auction consists of (2) E-Z-GO Golf carts. They are both fully working, will need new batteries and possibly chargers 36-volt system, they require 6- 6volt batteries. These items are located in Tulsa, OK. Only what is described is for sale regardless of what else is in the picture. All items are SOLD AS IS.
Contact Brian Boomer @ 918-270-7479 to arrange appointment to view items or further inquiry during regular business hours (M-F 8-3 p.m.). The successful bidder will be completely responsible for safe removal of item and will need to sign a Hold Harmless agreement, see attached.
NOTE: IF YOU MUST ACQUIRE FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION, PLEASE RESEARCH AVAILABILITY, RATES AND COMPANIES THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING. Under no circumstances will the USPS assist in or assume responsibility for loading or shipping. The winning bidder of this item must pick-up at site address (listed below) NLT 10 days after payment of item. Pick-up of items is made by appointment only. Any items not picked up by this date will be subject to forfeit. Please keep this in mind when bidding.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
