Hello, I am a New York buyer. New York DMV requires a Salvage Vehicle Examination for previously salvaged vehicles before registration. Before bidding, I need to confirm whether you have all documentation required by New York, specifically: • Original salvage or rebuilt title • Itemized receipts for all major replaced parts (engine, body panels, airbags, seatbelts, SRS module, etc.) • Receipts showing seller name, date, part description, and donor VIN if parts were used • Documentation for airbag and safety system repairs, if applicable Can you confirm whether this paperwork is available and will be provided to the buyer?
