Other defects may exist and it is YOUR responsibility to verify the functional ability of each item listed. Most assets offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. all items are available for inspection monday to friday 7:00am to 4:00pm with appointment. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the asset description.Vehicles are not inspected by the surplus facility prior to auction.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. PICKUP OF PURCHASES 7:00 AM T0 4:00 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH 24 HOUR PRIOR NOTICE UNLESS AGREED UPON BY SELLER. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.There is no loading dock or loading facility at this location. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $35.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.

Buyer will receive a "Buyer Certificate" via email. Buyer must bring that to pickup location.

If sending a 3rd party, 3rd party must have 4 documents: 1:VALID DRIVER LICENSE OR PHOTO I.D. , 2: a copy of buyer's driver license, 3: a signed note authorizing 3rd party to pickup on buyer's behalf, and 4: the "Buyer Certificate."
