(1) Pickup Equipment: Ensure that when picking up this item, you bring the proper equipment with you (i.e., furniture dollies, hand trucks, etc.) to move and/or load items onto whatever method of transport is being used. THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF ASSISTANCE TO MOVE OR LOAD ITEMS.

(2) Pickup Schedule & Appointment:
• Pickup by Appointment Only
• Pickup Dates: Wednesday, November 12, 2025 – Friday, November 14, 2025, and Monday, November 17, 2025 – Friday, November 21, 2025
• Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (County offices are CLOSED on weekends)
• Deadline: All items MUST be picked up by the end of day Friday, November 21, 2025 by 3:30pm. Failure to pick up by this deadline will result in

FORFEITURE OF THE ITEM (see “Removal Instructions” below).
• How to Schedule: Winning bidder MUST CALL 830-643-5850 no later than 12:00 PM, Thursday, November 20, 2025, to schedule your pickup appointment. Appointments ensure quick and efficient pickup.
• Review: Please review all removal instructions prior to bidding.

(3) Firearms Pickup Requirements (FFL Dealers Only):
• NO SHIPPING: Comal County WILL NOT SHIP FIREARMS.
• Required Presence: The authorized licensed FFL dealer MUST BE PRESENT in person to pick up and sign for the items.
• NO Third Parties: Awarded lots WILL NOT be released to a third party or shipping company on behalf of the dealer.
• Required Documents at Pickup:
o Signed Buyer's Certificate
o Valid Driver’s License
o Copy of FFL License
• Verification: Items CAN ONLY BE REMOVED once ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN VERIFIED by county staff.

Payment

SALES TAX

Removal

  • Scheduling: To schedule a pickup appointment as a winning bidder, call 830-643-5850 and ask for the Auction Scheduling Team. The cutoff to call and schedule is 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
  • Tip: Scheduling early ensures a smooth and efficient pickup process.
  • Pickup Dates: November 12–14, 2025, and November 17–21, 2025
  • Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday; County offices closed on weekends)

Deadline: All items must be picked up by 3:30 PM on Friday, November 21, 2025.

Special Instructions

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
