NOTE: Quantity is approximate, believed to be 13,824 bottles, will be at least a minimum of 13,500 Bottles.
All Hand Sanitizers listed in this auction are expired. Please carefully read all the information below prior to bidding on these items.
The buyer shall manage the hand sanitizer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. The hand sanitizer must be:
1. Used for its intended purpose as an antiseptic; or
2. Legitimately recycled per 40 CFR 260.43 in one of the following ways:
a. Reclaimed at a facility with a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to produce ethanol, and the reclaimed ethanol is legitimately used in a product (including in a fuel or as a fuel additive); or
b. Reclaimed at a facility that does not have a permit from the TTB, and the alcohol must be used in a product that is not burned for energy recovery and that is not used in a manner constituting disposal.
