Info says, "Police Interceptor". How was this vehicle utilized because if used as a patrol car I would expect far more miles? Was this vehicle out of service because of mutiple repairs or how do explain the extremely low miles for a 2008? When was the last time this vehicle was in constant service and for what purpose? SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within face (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Daily Storage fee of $35 would begin being added on vehicles not picked up by the 5th business day after auction close stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
The title will only be signed over to the name on the Bill of Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Boston, MA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
