Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

All pickups will be made at: Clyde Light & Power, 309 Premier Dr. Clyde, Ohio 43410 weekdays between the hours of 7am - 3pm EST, excluding holidays .
If you wish to arrange shipping for a product - you must pay the shipper directly and email a prepaid label to be attached to the package. Shipping charges will not be added to the auction item.
No additional packaging or handling fees will be charged by the seller. If you win multiple auctions, most items can be combined into one package. Contact seller to verify on large or bulky items. Item must be paid in full through GovDeals before the package will be released to the shipper. You can get shipping estimates online from FedEx.com, USPS.com and UPS.com.
You may show ID in lieu of printing the Buyer's Certificate.
