Buyer will be required to fill out a purchase order form with signature (can be done electronically). If buyer is planning on driving vehicle off the lot, we must set up temp tags + buyer must have proper insurance on vehicle. TITLE WILL BE SALES TAX STAMPED. All buyers in NJ will be REQUIRED to pay NJ sales tax of 6.625% prior to vehicle and title being released. (You will then not have to pay it at the dmv) Buyers out of state will not have to pay NJ sales tax.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
