You are bidding on a Pair of Nittany Lion Training Table Trays. These trays are from the athletics dining area. This item was used at Penn State University. If you would like to inspect this equipment prior to bidding, please contact Colton at 814- 865- 4371 or cgh5099@psu.edu. These items are being sold "as is, where is."
Please ask any questions you need to know before bidding. Due to the amount of volume we process at Lion Surplus, we cannot test or guarantee any items. Most equipment will work fine, but please only bid the amount you are comfortable bidding if any repairs are needed. Most items will sell for a small fraction of what they cost new, but we in no way want to misrepresent what we sell. We will disclose any negative information about every item we sell, but since descriptions may be short, please do diligence in researching these items before you bid. All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. We are a Penn State surplus store and not a dedicated equipment re-seller; therefore many of our items come to us with little or no information. All sales are sold in "as is, where is" with possible latent and apparent defects, with no return, no warranty and no guarantee all sales are final. Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 3 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Removal
Removal: All items must be removed within 1 week from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Buyer would be responsible for all cost involved in removing, loading and hauling. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:30p.m. Monday through Thursday 8:00a.m-12:30p.m. on Fridays, excluding legal holidays.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.”Penn State Lion Surplus, PA (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
The items/materials for sale are and remain subject to U.S export laws and regulations even after sale. Purchaser agrees that the items/materials purchased may not be transshipped, diverted, exported, re-exported or otherwise transferred in contravention of any applicable U. S. export laws and regulations. Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the items/materials purchased may not be used, directly or indirectly, in any application involving missile technology, nuclear energy or propulsion, military end-uses, and/or for chemical and biological weapons proliferation activities.
