Both High Jump pad sets are in good shape.
1 Pole vault set is decent with some minor rips and tears in the cover.
2nd set of pole vault would require new covers before placing in use--- day covers show signs of mice damage, rips damaged straps and zippers. Outer weather/rain covers are not included in the sale

16'6"x 10'x24" is my best guess on the High Jump sets, these sets consist of 3 pads each set totaling 6 all together. Pole vault sets are typically 22'x24' and are 2 foot high. Each set has 3 large rectangle pads(6x10)+-, two square pads (8'x8')+- and a few smaller pads that protect the standards. At least 20 pads of various sizes in the whole sale. 05/04/2026 15:21:16 PM

The pads are currently located in a remote storage shed with no direct road access for trucks. We will have equipment on site to transport the pads from the storage location to the nearest point with truck access to a nearby parking lot. Scheduling for pickup day will need to be planned ahead due to previously scheduled events on the field and availability of the forklift. Loading and securing the pads will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Loading hours will be limited to Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m." 05/06/2026 10:24:49 AM

Removal
APPOINTMENT ONLY
The School District is closed for the holiday break and will respond to schedule pick up after January 2nd.
Removal is by appointment only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Randolph Board of Education, NJ (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
