    Yes, it does for the state of Arkansas if you are hauling more than it is required to have a CDL. But i would check it out for sure from your local DMV office. I do not know all the requirements for this vehicle. 04/17/2026 07:50:01 AM

Removal

All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate. Bidders may inspect property prior to placing a bid and must adhere to the days and times by setting an appointment by calling Larry Colclasure or Heath Harris at (501) 565-8645 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
