Starts, runs, & drives. 2.7L turbocharged Ecoboost V6 (that needs some work), California emissions, 124,106 miles, 4WD, automatic transmission, ABS, A/C, power steering, power door locks, power windows, power driver seat, power mirrors, cruise control, traction control, tilt wheel, am/fm radio, dual airbags, side airbags, privacy glass, tow package, & Parrot bluetooth phone adapter. Includes tonneau cover and bed slide (see pics). Fabric seats; the driver front seat bottom is worn, and the seat back has a small rip in a seam (see pics). Vehicle is equipped with Hercules Avalanch TT studless snow tires, 265/70R17. Holes in roof from antennas have been plugged/sealed.
*Engine needs work; has a ticking noise upon cold startup--likely needs new timing chain, guides, tensioners, waterpump, and VCT units...this has not officially been diagnosed. See attached video in media files (the tick isn't bad in the video due to warm ambient temperatures, but the engine was cold upon start-up). Oil leak from engine oil pan, needs resealed. CEL comes on due to P0456 (EVAP) and P0316 (misfire). Codes have not been officially diagnosed. Engine is due for spark plug replacement and possibly coil packs. There is one open recall, 26S28, which Ford has not released a repair for yet. As it sits the vehicle runs and drives fine at this time, it has just reached end of life for our organization and is time to retire from the fleet.
We have a CLEAN Oregon title for this vehicle. We will NOT ship this vehicle, make arrangements for shipping, or provide estimates for shipping. Pick-up, transport, & delivery of this vehicle is solely the responsibility of the winning bidder, whether completed by bidder or an authorized transport company. NO RESERVE. Thanks for looking!

The vehicle(s)/equipment items being sold may or may not have been involved in law enforcement. It is considered NORMAL for these vehicles to have wear and tear from the installation/removal of law enforcement equipment, and normal vehicle use during law enforcement duties. This wear and tear may include, but is not limited to: scratches, chips, & rust spots in the paint. Minor dents, blemishes, and holes in exterior body panels. Holes in the dash, door panels, headliner, floorboard, firewall, decklid cover, interior trim panels, engine compartment, trunk, etc. Stains on floorboards, floormats, seats, headliner, trunk carpets, consoles, etc. Small rips, tears, holes, and abrasions on front & rear seats. The seller will make efforts to list any major damage not listed above but is not responsible for the omission or errors of such damage. Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.
Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Winning bidders:
*Schedule appointment to pick up items during hours of operation, Monday - Friday, 10AM to 4PM.
*Must tow non-running vehicles.
*No maintenance or repairs will be allowed on County property.
*Mechanics will not be available to assist buyers with starting or loading vehicles. Please arrive prepared with your own equipment and manpower.
*The vehicle can only be driven from the location if the driver has a valid drivers license, proof of current insurance (unless being picked up by transport company), trip permit and the vehicle meets all requirements according to the vehicle code in ORS. If the vehicle does not meet ORS requirements, it must be towed (tow set up must also meet ORS requirements).
*If you are having someone else pick up the vehicle, you must provide authorization via email or in writing.
Special Instructions
Guarantee Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Deschutes County Sheriff, OR makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
