BEING SOLD AS IS. NO WARRANTY. CONDITION AND FUNCTIONALITY UNKNOWN. NOT DRIVABLE AS IS-MUST BE TOWED. (TRUCK IS LOCATED AT THE ARKANSAS TECH CAREER CENTER IN RUSSELLVILLE.)

1997 Ford F-150 EXTENDED CAB PICKUP 3-DR, 4.2L V6 OHV 12V. TRUCK STARTS & RUNS WITH A BOOST; HOWEVER, THE TRUCK IS NOT DRIVABLE AS THE ENGINE HAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER HAS BEEN REMOVED, & THERE IS A FLAT TIRE. (VEHICLE WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED.) TRUCK IS 2-WHEEL DRIVE WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (OPERABLE). EXTERIOR IS BLUE WITH MINOR DENTS, DINGS, & SCRATCHES. INTERIOR-DAMAGE TO DASHBOARD (SEE PHOTOS).

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are Surplus Property, used by the State of Arkansas and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
These items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no Warranty or Exchanges.
Bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect any item you are interested in prior to bidding.
Bidders may inspect property prior to placing a bid and must adhere to the days and times (Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm CST).

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Removal

All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty: The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misrepresentation must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
