Auction is for one dumpster, skid, and a roll-off trailer:
**ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS**
- Roll - off trailer - VIN: 19HUP2122AE192527 Model: GNT-3- purchased new in 2012; taken out of service in late 2024 - no key available to operate trailer
- There is no Certificate of Origin for the trailer. If requested, a Standard From 97 can be provided
- Dumpster - is set on the roll-off trailer - DUMPSTER IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS
- Dumpster and roll-off are 13 years old and weathered.
- Wastequip Holt Skid - serial number 30960 is parked near the dumpster/roll-off and is part of auction
- Equipment is stored outside and rusted; condition of items is visible in all photos
- Working condition is unknown as key is missing
- Tires may need air/replaced as they have not moved since late 2024
Equipment is used and comes from a maintenance facility and warehouse facility aboard a military installation.
We do not ship, nor do we have packing material for this large quantity of items. Winning bidder is responsible for pick-up and removal of items.
Reserve will not be divulged due to policies that are in place.

Item(s) are located on a military installation, and no one will be admitted without a background check form and identification documents.
Items required for inspection of items on Marine Corps Air Station: Background form SECNAV 5512 - Department of Navy Local Population ID Card/Base Access to be competed and returned along with REAL ID, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. Form will be e-mailed to requestor. If No Real ID, then DRIVER'S LICENSE and BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND, IF AVAILABLE, PASSPORT. Current vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance card (must show expiration date of policy). Background check will be run and can take up to five business days.
If you are active duty, have military base access, then no SECNAV Form 5512 is needed.
Items required for inspection of items on Marine Corps Recruiting Depot (Parris Island): Name, birthdate, driver's license and issuing state of DL, for driver to be provided for background check. Current vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance card (must show expiration date of policy). Background check, for MCRD, can take two - three business days.
No one will be admitted access to the military installation without proper identification and completed background check info requests. Please read "Special Instructions." Payment
MCCS-SC does not process payments through GovDeals.com website. All items must be paid in full no later than five business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyer must present Buyer's Certificate when making payment in person.
Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Sorry no company or personal checks accepted.
Failure to make payment, within the required time, will result in winning bidder forfeiting their winning bid. All items must be removed within 15 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please read "Special Instructions" portion of auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Failure to remove item(s) within the required time will result in winning bidder forfeiting their winning bid.

The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. MCCS-SC is not responsible for handling shipping of items. We do not have packing material (bubble wrap, boxes, shrink wrap) available.
The MCCS Property department will contact winning bidder when approval for base access has been received. Removals are scheduled between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (must be at location of item by 2:00 PM, not at the gate) on Mondays-Thursdays and 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (must be at location of item by 1:00 PM, not at the gate), on Fridays, no exceptions, no weekends. We schedule our team based on pick-up appointments.
Obtaining a pass, for the base, can take up to 45 minutes; please plan accordingly. BACKGROUND CHECK (on driver and possibly passenger) IS DONE PRIOR TO ENTRY TO THE BASE. Please note, no firearms are permitted on base. Access to MCRD may require a vehicle inspection.
Special Instructions
A Department of the Navy Base Access form must be completed before access to Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, is permitted.
For access to Marine Corps Recruiting Depot, Parris, Island, driver's name, license number, issuing state of driver's license, and birthdate must be provided.
Real ID is required for base access.
All persons requesting access to the Marine Corps bases - Air Station and Laurel Bay, must provide an acceptable source identity document. If you do not a have a Real ID, following items are substitutes - driver's license, original or certified true copy of a birth certificate bearing a raised seal. a social security card, passport.
Once auction ends, SECNAV form 5512 will be e-mailed to winning bidder for completion. Background check can take five to seven business days. No firearms are permitted on base.
