This vehicle was seized in December of 2024, by the Polk County Sheriff's Office. It has been sitting in impound and is being Sold AS IS/WHERE IS. It was running and being driven at the time of seizure. Since the seizure the vehicle has been started and driven around the impound lot to be cleaned up and appears to be starting and driving as it should.
Car Fax Report will not be provided on this vehicle by the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
NO SHIPPING and buyer is responsible for the removal of the vehicle.
(We will not jumpstart the vehicle if this is necessary, it will be the responsibility of the buyer.)

Removal
Vehicle may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The vehicle must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the vehicle. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
