Due to the specialized nature of this equipment, prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item in person, or through a qualified representative, prior to bidding. Failure to inspect will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation, refund, or adjustment after the sale.

Removal: At the time of pick-up / removal, the buyer will be required to present a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (for example, a government-issued photo ID or Authorization of Release). Please confirm release requirements with the seller when scheduling removal.

Shipping: Buyer may arrange their own shipping with a local UPS Store or other commercial pack-and-ship provider at buyer’s sole cost and risk, or request that Seller obtain a shipping quote. Buyers who require a shipping quote should not remit payment until a written shipping estimate has been provided by Seller and the buyer has confirmed whether to proceed with shipping or pick-up. Seller does not guarantee shipping costs and does not ship to international destinations, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Buyer remains responsible for all shipping charges and assumes all risk of loss or damage in transit, whether Buyer or Seller arranges the shipment.

Seller will release the item to the buyer or buyer’s designated shipper after payment is complete and required release documentation is received.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
