All auction items that we sell are sold AS-IS and all sales are final. New items could potentially be missing items. We do our best to note major items missing. If you see a missing item, it is likely missing unless noted. If you have any questions about an item or a missing item, please reach out to us or schedule a time to come inspect the item. Refunds will not be issued for missing items.

We require an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for in person pickup at our Platte City yard. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be turned away and asked to make an appointment.

We will email a buyers bill of sale that MUST BE SIGNED and RETURNED before your item will be shipped!! If they are not signed and returned in 10 days after payment, your item will be forfeit with no refund!!!

IF YOU SCHEDULE AND MISS AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTIFYING US PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE SHOWING UP, YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED AND NO REFUND(S) WILL BE ISSUED. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE

Shipping insurance is NOT available for air powered weapons of any kind! We take every effort to pack every item to ensure it makes it to you safely and intact. Due to the fact UPS and USPS does not allow insurance claims on BB guns, buyer agrees that Platte Co. Equip. Sales cannot and/or will not be held responsible for ANY shipping damage!

If your item(s) are being shipped, shipping cost will be added to your final invoice, and once paid your item(s) will be packed, and dropped off at our local UPS or USPS.

We offer both packing and shipping for items at the buyer's expense. Shipping is done through either the US Postal Service or UPS. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping can take up to 5 business days from the time that you pay for your item. We strive to get items out the next business day after you make payment, but due to the high volume of items that we ship, it can sometimes take a few days. Feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. In person removal is by appointment only. Appointments MUST be scheduled AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description or previous arrangements have been made in writing. Any item(s) is not removed within the allotted time frame, the item(s) will be declared abandoned and no refund of payment will be issued.
