Condition Unknown. ***NOTICE ALL BUYERS*** All items purchased must be removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Items not removed within 10 business days will be charged a $50 daily storage fee by the City of Gainesville. No Exceptions. In the event that items are not removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 20 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate, the items will be reauctioned. Removal

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
