Description

This auction is for 1 Hamilton ER-60 bill changer coin change machine.

Item was for a car wash on a military instillation. It was never removed from the box.

Item sold as is. Working condition is unknown.

Equipment is located on a Marine Corps Military Installation. Winning bidder is responsible for removal and loading.

We do not ship, nor do we have packing material for items. Winning bidder is responsible for pick-up and removal of items.

Reserve will not be divulged due to policies that are in place.

Sold as is. No returns or exchanges. No warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to inspect item(s) properly "PRIOR" to bidding. See inspecting instructions below. Appointments must be made for pick-ups. SPECIAL NOTE: Failure to follow payment terms (within five business days of the time and date on the buyer's certificate) or removal terms (within ten business days of the time and date on the buyer's certificate) will result in default. The buyer will be directed to Govdeals customer service. An appointment must be made 24 hours prior to pick up.

All items offered for sale are used (unless otherwise noted) and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Item(s) are located on a military installation and no one will be admitted without an appointment. If you would like to inspect the items you are bidding, please reach out to the MCCS Property department at 843-228-7009, Mondays - Fridays, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM. An appointment will be scheduled to inspect the item(s). MCCS Property staff will meet you at the Pass & ID office at the entrance of the Air Station. You can inspect the item on site.

Payment

MCCS-SC does not process payments through GovDeals.com website. All items must be paid in full no later than five business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyer must present Buyer's Certificate when making payment in person.

Acceptable forms of payment: Credit or Debit Card only. Sorry, no cash, money order or company/personal checks accepted.

Failure to make payment, within the required time, will result in winning bidder forfeiting their winning bid. All items must be removed within 15 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please read "Special Instructions" portion of auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Failure to remove item(s) within the required time will result in winning bidder forfeiting their winning bid.

Removal

We do not ship - no packing materials available. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate (exceptions will be made on an as needed basis). Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyer's Certificate and receipt must be presented for pick up. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. The item you are bidding on can fit inside a government vehicle. Rather than go through background check, the MCCS Property staff will meet you, or designated representative, at the Pass & ID parking lot of the Marine Corps Air Station. We will transfer the item(s) to you. No background check will be needed. Please note, no firearms are permitted on base.
