2001 Freightliner FL80 , Mercedes 388 CID, Allison auto. transmission. Low engine power, ABS light is on, Hours show 13060.. engine starts and runs. refuse truck. has air brakes, Interior is grey cloth and vinyl, some holes, missing or loose panels and exposed wiring in cab. A/C blows hot air. back up camera not working, Exterior is white, scratches, dings dent , and rust, fender damage. tires are approx. 70 % tread remaining. front tires are old 2011, Decals have been removed , impressions remain. Removed from service March 2025. SOLD AS IS

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property and be responsible for arranging all shipments for the award.
No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We DO NOT accept prepaid shipping labels, nor will we place any auction items in a box or package on your behalf.
The seller will not be responsible for any shipping, delivery, taxes or other charges.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The City of Marietta (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim or “mis-description” must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the City of Marietta shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
