This vehicle is being SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. Please be sure to bring gas,jumper cables and anything else you think you MAY need to remove this vehicle from our lot. Maury County CANNOT help load this vehicle in any way. Maury County does not offer tow assistance. Maury County accepts Cash(EXACT AMOUNT ONLY), cashiers check or money order. Payment will need to be made at 10 Public Square Columbia TN 38401 M-F 8:30AM-3:30PM. NO WEEKENDS AND NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. Maury county IS NOT set up with Gov Deals to accept CC/Debit card payment. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY CC/DEBIT CARD OPTION IT WILL BE UP TO YOU TO CONTACT GOV DEALS TO OBTAIN A REFUND. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
