2007 New Holland Skid Loader. Has Approximately 650 hrs on it.Used daily by Maury County Parks Dept,its just no longer needed. This starts and runs fine. This equipment is being SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for pickup of equipment. Maury County CANNOT help load and we DO NOT offer towing or shipping. If winning bidder is unable to load the equipment we will then offer to next high bidder. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD OR HAUL EQUIPMENT TO WINNING BIDDER. Payment Exact will be made at 10 Public Square 2nd Floor Columbia TN 38401 M-F 9am-1pm. Once paid in full buyer will reveive a receipt and go approx 3.4 miles to Maury County Park @ 1018 Maury County Park Drive Columbia TN 38401 to obtain the equipment.Pickup is M-F 8am-1pm Payment must be made by CASH(Exact Amount), Cashiers Check or Money Order. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
