2015 Kawasaki Mule – AS IS / WHERE IS – No Title
This 2015 Kawasaki Mule was previously stolen and later recovered. The vehicle has sustained extensive vandalism and is being sold in its current condition.
Known issues include, but are not limited to:
• Ignition switch is missing.
• Hood, cover, and one fender are missing.
• Muffler has been gutted.
• Multiple areas have been spray-painted black in an apparent attempt to alter the vehicle’s appearance.
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is unknown due to apparent attempts to remove or obscure it.
• The engine will start, but it runs very rough.
This vehicle does not have a title and will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to its condition, operability, or completeness.
Inspection prior to bidding is strongly encouraged. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition and suitability of the vehicle before submitting a bid.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
