PICK-UP times will be between 8 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday based on the size of the lot by appointment only. For pick-up appointments call 478-988-6211 ext 1. Appointments for inspection or pick up must be made 48 hours in advance.

Loading, removal, and transport of all items purchased are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

The GovDeals paid Bill of Sale or Buyer's Certificate must be presented as proof of purchase at time of pick up along with valid identification.

All sales are final. A 12.5% Buyers premium will be added to the final selling price of all items.

PAYMENT

SALES TAX

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay online; no payments are accepted on-site.



All assets must be removed within 10 business days from date of issuance of Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, removal, and transportation of the property. A pallet jack may be available for use to assist with loading. For liability reasons, we can not allow the use of our forklift. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
